I tried uploading a new template but it doesn't work.
It either says files are missing or template doesn't exist.
As far as I know all files are included.

The template you were trying to upload was designed for a Word Press blog. Blogzor uses a template system that is based upon Plog. Here are some additional templates that can be downloaded, modified, and easily installed.
